Camera Operator and Self-Shooting Director

I am a skillful camera operator with experience of digital cameras and DSLRs including Sony’s PMW-350, EX3, Z7, Z5, Z1, EVID70P robotic cameras and Canon’s 5D Mark II and 550D. I direct, light, shoot and edit content covering a range of subjects for the web, events and broadcast, some of which you can see in my portfolio.

Director and Vision Mixer

I direct and vision mix live events including sports and music for webcast, using a variety of equipment including Newtek’s TriCaster, 3play and Livetext.

Editor

I have a great deal of experience in uploading, editing and encoding for a range of media with FCPX and Final Cut Studio, including using Live Type and Color to create titles and colour grades. I excel in making content look exciting and engaging and I have a knack for storytelling; this is evident in the range of films I have made which you can see here.

Equipment

I am able to offer a full production package including a Sony EX3, Canon 5D Mark II, Canon 550D, Tascam DR-40, shotgun mics, radio mics and lights. I have Mac Pro and MacBook Pro edit suites with Final Cut Studio and FCPX. See my full kit list here.

Location

I am based in Sheffield and London, I have my own transport, a full driving licence, a valid UK passport and I am happy to travel for work both in the UK and worldwide.
